Match Referees | Match referees are available to all site members who are playing a match and wish to have a referee spectating the match. This helps to ensure fair play. To organize a referee for your match, please send in a Ticket mentioning the Game, your PSN username and the date/time of the match and that you wish to have a referee present. A designated referee will then contact you back and arrange with yourself to spectate in the match. |

Match Managers | Match Managers are mainly involved in general site support matters. They are responsible, in the first instance, to address any issues raised by Match Referees and refer any serious disputes on to Site Managers. Match Managers deal with Tickets on the site and they need not be contacted directly unless you know that you are already dealing with them. | |
Site Managers | Site Managers deal with serious Match disputes and are able to open, deal with and re-assign Support Tickets Site Managers are also chosen to take personal charge of ladders and tournaments to ensure in the smooth running of these events. You can contact Site Managers for each game should you have a problem with other players or teams on the site, such as cheating, bad sportsmanship or abuse. |

Site Admins | Site Admins maintain the site and check everything is running as it should. They communicate with the Site Managers to ensure that all events are being run okay and that all staff are on top of ticket support. Site Admins should only really be contacted if a member of the site has an issue with a Site Manager, has a sponsorship or advertising enquiry, or website security issue. Forum and Live Chat issues can also be reported to Site Admins. |
